Kumba C. was the first daughter at Mamaland and has grown beautifully, despite her incredible difficult start in life. (Click here to see more of Kumba’s remarkable story: Kumba – Heartbeats of Salone) Kumba continues to be funny and feisty with a great knack for making everyone around her laugh with her goofy personality, one time even covering her entire face with chalk to pretend she was wearing makeup. As a peacemaker, she stands up for what is right. She often comes home from school telling stories about her classmates getting into arguments while she sits down with them to express her own values of peace and love. Kumba wants to be a lawyer or a politician when she grows up and with her extraordinary personality and tenacious spirit we have no doubt she’ll be a fantastic advocate for others.
